Returns

Biordi Art Imports will issue a return sticker for the items you want to return if there is a problem with the order or shipment. If you choose to return the product because you no longer want it, we accept returns 30 days from purchase and you will be responsible to pay for the return.  In addition, a restocking fee of 10% will be applied.  Please pack carefully in the same packaging the item was shipped in, include the packing list and contact information and insure the shipment. Once your order has been received, we will issue a refund or credit minus the restocking fee.   Please note that customized, personalized and special orders cannot be returned.
